I went to Ashanti's and my hair looks wonderful. I've received plenty of compliments and 3 weeks later it still looks wonderful. That said, I'm still deciding if I would go back. I was placed in an uncomfortable position for 16 hours. She would stop randomly to go eat, or chat with her boyfriend or change the music or look at a messageboard. It was frustrating. Despite being there for hours, she never once offered me water or any other type of refreshment. If I ever went back, I'd have to pack a cooler or something since it's such an event to get my hair done. Also, she was not kind to my edges. She tugged and pulled those bad boys into submission and raked combs through my hair even though I wear it natural. I only went to her because the author said she experienced something different. Like I said, I'll have to do some soul searching before I decide to return because my hair does look amazing and in the end it might be good manners to offer someone some refreshments but she wasn't required to. On a scale from 1 to 10 I'd give her an overall 6.75. Noir Joneshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18004045862162035984noreply@blogger.com
