I've just been using castor oil I got at the health food store. The verdict is still out on if it's helping my temple area or not. But the rest of my hair is thriving and doing well. And I don't care for the smell at all. LOL Which is funny because people always complain about coconut oil and I can't smell a thing. Good luck!
